SALISBURY, MD, JULY 1, 2010 - Brent Miller, CCIM, CPM, Managing Director and Senior Advisor for Sperry Van Ness - Miller Commercial Real Estate in Salisbury, MD is pleased to announce the sale of 636-652 South Salisbury Boulevard to Peninsula Regional Medical Center. The sale included nine parcels totaling 1.15 acres located next to PRMC on the main thoroughfare of US Route 13. Brent Miller, CCIM, CPM represented the sellers and Randy Bendler of Bendler Real Estate represented PRMC in this transaction.
